Before getting to know us better, we want to let you know that our greatest wish is to have a child to raise in a loving home. The love we have for each other will enable us to provide a stable, nurturing and happy life for a child.
We have been happily married for almost four years, after meeting at a single’s party eight years ago.
Ian grew up in North Carolina and is an only child. Linda grew up in Pennsylvania and is the third of eight children.
Linda works as a short-term counselor for employees, providing guidance for personal and professional matters. She provides meditation training classes to employees and has maintained a daily meditation practice for the past 13 years.
Ian is currently a full-time graduate student, pursuing his Ph.D. in history. He also works part-time, teaching English composition, legal history and social studies. He left his career as a lawyer to find more meaningful work in history.
Some of the activities we enjoy are tennis, going to the movies, and visiting museums. Also, we enjoy traveling to the beach every summer and occasionally go further away, to places like Europe. We love animals. Our dog of 13 years died this past summer and we loved him dearly. We will eventually bring another dog into our lives.
